About Us
About us
Fenhas Robin Ministries (FRMPK) is about making and mobilizing disciples of Christ to transform lives in Pakistan through the Church, Child Discipleship and Community Development.
Our Vision
To SATURATE our state in Pakistan with the love, grace and works of Jesus Christ.
To preach the good news to the poor,
Not only a gospel of words, but of power and action.
To bind up the brokenhearted, and take in those
Whom society has rejected, especially the poor and the orphans.
To proclaim freedom for the captives
Freedom from oppression and exploitation, And release from darkness for those enslaved.
To proclaim the year of the Lord’s favor,
Strengthen our local churches as they in turn strengthen their communities.
To comfort all who mourn,
Tangibly demonstrate the love of Christ Through our outreach and relief programs.
To bestow on them a crown of beauty instead of ashes,
A garment of praise instead of the spirit of despair, Restore hope and bring people into the fullness of life in Christ.
What We Believe
We believe that there is one God, eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
We believe in the deity and humanity of our Lord Jesus Christ, in His virgin birth, in His sinless life, in His miracles, in His vicarious and atoning death through His shed blood, in His bodily resurrection and in His ascension to the right hand of the Father.
We believe in God the Holy Spirit who is sent to indwell, teach, empower the believer, and to convince the world of sin, of righteousness, and of judgment.
We believe that the salvation of lost and sinful humanity is possible only by the Grace of God, through the merits of the shed blood of the Lord Jesus Christ, and that salvation can be received only through faith, which is a gift of God.
We believe that the Church consists of all those who believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, are redeemed through His blood, and are born again of the Holy Spirit. Christ is the Head of the Body, the Church, which has been commissioned by Him to go into the entire world as a witness, preaching the gospel to all nations. The local church is a body of believers in Christ who are joined together for the worship of God, for edification through the Word of God, for prayer, fellowship, the proclamation of the gospel, and observance of the ordinances of Baptism and the Lord’s Supper.
We believe the Bible to be the only infallible, inspired Word of God, authoritative in all matters of faith and conduct.
We believe in the personal return of Lord Jesus Christ in power and glory in the future and in the resurrection of both the saved and the lost; they that are lost unto the resurrection of eternal separation from God, and they that are saved unto the resurrection of eternal life.
OUR STATEMENT OF FAITH
•The Bible is the inspired Word of God, absolutely without error, and the only infallible rule of faith and conduct (2 Timothy 3:16).
•God's revelation of Himself in the Bible shows He exists as one God in three Persons: God the Father, God the Son (Jesus), and God the Holy Spirit (John 1:17, 17:21-22, 2 Corinthians 3:17).
•The Lord Jesus Christ was born of a virgin; He led a sinless life; bore our sins, sicknesses and afflictions; bodily resurrected from the dead and ascended to the right hand of the Father. This same Jesus will return again to earth (Luke 1:16-31, John 20, Romans 8:34, Hebrews 10:12, 1 Thessalonians 4:14-17).
•All men are lost apart from the saving grace of Jesus Christ, and sin is cleansed and salvation is received only through personal repentance and faith in the atoning blood of Jesus Christ (Romans 10:9-10, Titus 3:5-7).
•In the Baptism in the Holy Spirit and in the operation of the gifts of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 12:4-11, Luke 11:13).
•In the biblical definition of marriage as a covenant between one man and one woman (Matthew 19:4-6).
•In the ordinances of the church:
Communion. Taking the bread and wine as remembering the sacrifice Jesus gave of His Blood and Body on the Cross (1 Corinthians 11:26).
Water Baptism. By immersion in the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit, and in the name of Jesus (Matthew 28:19, Romans 6:4).
